Having watched way too many trashy episodes of Project Runway - I am now familiar with Parsons and noted that one of their graduates who has recently been 'recognised' as one of the young Asian-Americans of influence is Alexander Wang. He had received the top honours in the Vogue/CFDA Fund and this year received his second nomination in the CFDA Swarovski Womens Wear Designer of the Year Award.
